Refund Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy

AIForge Studio sells custom-generated digital content that is produced on-demand based on your selected product, tier, and custom requirements. Once our AI generation process begins, we incur computational costs and cannot recover the resources expended. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are buying a digital good that is custom-generated for you, and that you waive any right to a refund or chargeback based on dissatisfaction with the generated content, provided that the content was delivered as described in the product listing.

2. Exception: Failed Generation

If our system fails to generate your content after making its maximum number of attempts (2 retry attempts, for a total of 3 attempts), and you did not receive a delivery email with a download link, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. You do not need to take any action — refunds for failed generations are processed automatically when the generation process exhausts all retry attempts.

If you believe your order has failed but you have not received a refund, you can verify your order status using our order lookup tool or contact us at support@aiforgestudio.com with your order number.

3. Exception: Duplicate Charges

If you are charged multiple times for the same order due to a payment processing error (not including cases where you placed multiple separate orders), we will refund the duplicate charge(s). Please contact us at support@aiforgestudio.com with details of the charges and we will investigate promptly.

4. Exception: Non-Delivery Due to System Error

If our system successfully generates your content but fails to deliver the email due to a confirmed system error on our side (not including incorrect email addresses provided by you, spam filtering by your email provider, or your email server rejecting the message), we will either re-send the delivery email with a fresh download link or, if that is not possible, issue a full refund.

5. What Is Not Covered

The following circumstances are not eligible for a refund:

• Subjective Dissatisfaction: You are not satisfied with the style, tone, or perceived quality of the AI-generated content, provided the content was delivered as described.
• Change of Mind: You decided you no longer want the product after purchase.
• Incorrect Selection: You selected the wrong product, tier, or did not provide accurate custom requirements. Please review your order carefully before completing payment.
• Delivery to Spam: The delivery email was filtered to your spam or junk folder. Please check these folders before contacting support.
• Expired Download Link: Download links are valid for 7 days from delivery. You can request a resend through our order lookup tool. Links that expire due to inaction are not grounds for a refund.

6. Chargeback Policy

Filing a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue constitutes a breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of your order, delivery, and acceptance of this Refund Policy. We may also terminate your access to the Service if a chargeback is filed in bad faith.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under any of the qualifying exceptions above, please email us at support@aiforgestudio.com with:

1. Your order number (found in your confirmation and delivery emails)
2. The email address used for the purchase
3. A description of the issue you are experiencing

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
