AIForge Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website and use our AI-powered digital asset generation service (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Order Information: When you place an order, we collect your email address, the product and tier you select, any custom requirements you provide, and your marketing preferences. We also generate a unique order number and store your payment session identifier.
  • Payment Information: All payment processing is handled by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your credit card number, billing address, or other sensitive payment details. Stripe provides us with a payment session identifier and confirmation of successful payment.
  • Usage Data: We may collect technical information automatically when you visit our website, including your IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited. This data is used for security, rate limiting, and service improvement purposes.
  • Cookies: We use a single session cookie (admin_token) for our administrative dashboard authentication. This cookie is HTTP-only, secure in production, and expires after 24 hours. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: Your email address is used to deliver your purchased digital assets and to send order confirmations. Your custom requirements are used as input to our AI generation process to produce the content you ordered.
  • Marketing (Opt-In Only): If you explicitly opt in to marketing communications at checkout, we may send you occasional emails about new products, features, or promotions. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
  • Order Lookup: Your email address and order number are used to authenticate order lookup requests, allowing you to retrieve your download links and check order status.
  • Legal Compliance: We may use or disclose your information as required by applicable law, regulation, or legal process.

4. Data Storage and Security

We store your order information in Supabase, a cloud-hosted PostgreSQL database with encryption at rest and in transit. Your generated digital files are stored in Cloudflare R2, an object storage service with enterprise-grade security. Download links are time-limited (7 days by default) and use cryptographically signed URLs. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate our platform:

  • Stripe: Payment processing. Stripe receives your payment details and processes transactions. Stripe’s privacy policy is available at stripe.com/privacy.
  • Resend: Email delivery. Resend receives your email address and order details to send delivery and confirmation emails. Resend’s privacy policy is available at resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
  • Cloudflare: File storage and content delivery. Cloudflare R2 stores your generated files temporarily. Cloudflare’s privacy policy is available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
  • Anthropic (Claude API): AI content generation. Your custom requirements and product specifications are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to generate your digital assets. Anthropic does not use customer API inputs for model training. Anthropic’s privacy policy is available at anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
  • Upstash (Redis): Rate limiting. Upstash receives your IP address to enforce API rate limits. Data is used solely for rate limiting purposes. Upstash’s privacy policy is available at upstash.com/privacy.

6. Data Retention

We retain your order information indefinitely for accounting, legal compliance, and customer support purposes. Generated digital files stored in Cloudflare R2 are automatically expired after 7 days from the delivery date. Download links are time-limited and will cease to function after the expiration period. You may re-request delivery of your files through our order lookup tool within the retention period.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate personal data.
  • The right to request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements.
  • The right to withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
  • The right to data portability, where applicable by law.

8. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.

9. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. Our third-party service providers operate data centers in various regions including the United States and the European Union. We take steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers, including relying on service providers who participate in recognized data transfer frameworks.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
