AIForge Studio is an AI-powered platform that creates custom digital assets for content creators, marketers, and business owners. We use Anthropic’s Claude AI to generate copy templates, social media scripts, and prompt collections based on your selected product, tier, and custom requirements. You pay once per product — no subscriptions.

After you select a product and tier, you can provide custom requirements (such as your industry, target audience, brand voice, or specific topics). You complete payment through Stripe, and our system immediately begins generating your content using Claude AI. Once generation is complete, the files are packaged and you receive a delivery email with a download link. The typical delivery time is 1-5 minutes.

Most orders are delivered within 1-5 minutes from payment completion. Some orders with extensive custom requirements or higher asset counts may take up to 10 minutes. If your delivery takes longer than expected, your order may be queued. Our system automatically retries failed generations up to 2 additional times. You can check your order status at any time using our order lookup tool.

All generated content is delivered as text-based files:

• Basic Tier (Starter): A single .txt file containing all generated assets, organized with clear headings and separators. You can copy and paste the content into any application.
• Standard Tier (Professional) and Pro Tier (Enterprise): A .zip archive containing individual .txt files for each generated asset, clearly named and organized. The Pro tier also includes a comprehensive usage guide.

Yes. At checkout, you can provide custom requirements in a free-text field. You can specify your industry, target audience, brand voice, preferred tone, specific themes or topics, and any other context that helps our AI generate more relevant content. You also have full rights to modify, adapt, and expand upon the delivered content however you wish.

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Link, and other payment methods supported by Stripe. All payments are processed securely through Stripe’s encrypted checkout. We do not store your payment details on our servers.

All sales are final on digital goods. Due to the custom, on-demand AI generation of our products, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or subjective dissatisfaction. However, if our system fails to generate your content after exhausting all retry attempts, a full refund is automatically issued. See our complete Refund Policy for details.

• Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder. The email comes from support@aiforgestudio.com.
• Use our order lookup tool to check your order status, retrieve your download link, or request a resend. You will need the email address you used at checkout and your order number.
• If your order status shows as “pending” or “processing,” it is still being generated. Most orders complete within 5 minutes.
• If the issue persists, contact us at support@aiforgestudio.com with your order number.

Absolutely. Upon purchase, you receive a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use the AI-generated content for any purpose, including commercial use. You can incorporate the content into your client work, marketing materials, social media, publications, and business operations. The only restriction is that you may not resell the content as-is (without modification) as a competing digital asset product. See our Terms of Service for complete licensing details.
